Wireless Technology Consulting
Choosing the correct wireless network technology, features, applications, and components
based on your project needs is no simple task. The wireless network market is ever-changing.
Our consultants stay current on the latest wireless technologies and market trends to give you
the best recommendation on current and future product sets to meet your wireless project needs.
If you choose Anyware as your wireless network integrator, our engagement begins with a planning and assessment session
to determine your wireless networking needs, determine the business requirements driving those needs,
and provide an education on the current state of the wireless networking market. To assist you in
making your decisions, we can offer product demonstrations and evaluations from a number of different
leading wireless networking manufacturers.
For either indoor or outdoor wireless networking applications, the result, if requested, is a proposal
documenting the project requirements, our recommended products and services, and estimated costs & project
timeline. Outdoor wireless point-to-point designs are accompanied by a preliminary RF link analysis.

Wireless LAN Assessment
When planning for a change to your network it's good to know where you are so you know where to go. Whether you're starting from scratch, extending your existing WLAN coverage, upgrading to new WLAN technology, or adding services like voice, location, or guest access - a network assessment is a valuable tool.
Prior to deploying an enterprise-class Wireless LAN Anyware can perform a readiness assessment to evaluate RF coverage from the existing WLAN system, Ethernet switch capability and status, client mobility availability, wireless network security posture, and network management status. The results of the assessment will provide a plan to remedy any network weaknesses prior to the WLAN design phase of your project.

WLAN Design & Predictive Modeling
A network design is the basis for any complex wireless network. For wireless LAN projects, we begin by defining the wireless network requirements such as security, coverage areas, network speed, primary current and future applications, user types & densities, aesthetic limitations, and any restrictions imposed by the existing wired LAN. We use a combination of classic "can you hear me now" site surveys, spectrum analysis, and computer-based predictive modelling to design the WLAN. The network design activities include RF channel planning, AP location mapping, WLAN cell power design, and other AP configuration settings. Project management is provided to oversee all stages of the deployment.
WWAN Design
For outdoor wireless networking projects, we begin by collecting site-specific data required to create the custom point-to-point or point-to-multipoint network. Such information includes GPS locations of the sites and exact building heights, indoor equipment locations, outdoor hardware mounting limitations, power and grounding locations or limitations. The survey also includes spectrum analysis for FCC unlicensed spectrum, and radio equipment placement documentation & site photography. The network design activities include RF channel and antenna polarity planning, radio output power design, transmission line design, and other radio configuration settings.
FCC License Processing
For FCC licensed links, Anyware performs all FCC filings and manages the licensing process.
Additional Design Services
Other design services may include network security design, network management design, equipment enclosure & mounting design, WWAN repeater site location identification, solar power system design, and tower design. Project management is provided to oversee all stages of the deployment.
The result is a design and deployment blueprint for the network configuration, installation, and test.

Component Sales
Anyware maintains close relationships with wireless networking hardware & software manufacturers as well as dozens of manufacturers of auxiliary components required to deploy a complete wireless system. Because of these relationships we make sure pricing and availability meet your project goals. And because we source all of the network components, we ensure the right equipment is sourced, kitted, and staged for all projects -- large or small.

Network Installation, Configuration, and Test
For indoor wireless network projects, a complete site preparation list is provided for your internal staff to prepare the site for deployment. For increased efficiency, Anyware can pre-configure APs, controllers, security applications, and management applications with the profiles as defined by the design before mounting and power-up on-site. Once installed, WLAN cell coverage is verified against the design and any exceptions are noted. AP configurations may be changed, if required at that time. Final sign-off is performed only after the client reviews the WLAN coverage and operation is as promised.
For outdoor wireless network projects, a site preparation list is provided before Anyware installation crew arrives so the customer’s internal staff can prepare the site from deployment. This may include provisioning power or rackspace to a site or obtaining building permits. Installation of antenna and radio mounting hardware follows along with mounting of antennas, transmission lines, power, grounding, and lightning protection. Once installed, the WWAN signals are peaked and verified against the design and any exceptions are noted. Radio units are configured with site specific profiles and throughput tests are performed. Final sign-off is executed only after the client reviews the WWAN operation is as specified.
